Job Description

EN Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business Development Officer (BDO) for its Lahore office to support client acquisition and business growth across the Punjab region. This is a Tier 2, revenue-facing role focused on lead generation, client counselling, and institutional outreach, operating strictly within company-approved frameworks.

This position works under centralized approvals from the Karachi Head Office and requires strong discipline, reporting accuracy, and ethical conduct.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new clients through walk-ins, referrals, institutions, seminars, and B2B outreach
• Conduct professional counselling sessions for students and visa clients
• Promote approved services including:
• Student Visas
• Visit Visas
• Work Visas
• IELTS & Skill Development Programs
• Build relationships with colleges, academies, training centers, and referral partners
• Maintain accurate lead entries and follow-ups using CRM
• Coordinate with Lahore Operations & Karachi Processing Teams
• Ensure complete and compliant client handover
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

Work Arrangement

• Base Location: Lahore (Coworking Office)
• On-site: Mandatory during active operational periods
• Remote Work: Allowed during Ramadan, Eid, Muharram, and designated low-traffic periods
• Field Work: Required within Lahore, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, and surrounding Punjab areas

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience in sales, counselling, or education consultancy (preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English & Urdu (Punjabi preferred)
• Professional, confident, and presentable personality
• Comfortable with field work and outreach
• Proficient in:
• WhatsApp Business
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• CRM systems
