About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to help expand our client base, build strong relationships, and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets
  • Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Developer, Sales Executive, or similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Good understanding of sales strategies and market trends
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
