CSR (Fresh Graduate )

Location: Lahore Gulberg 3
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
Training: Paid Training Program for Freshers

We are a leading SEO company specializing in Google My Business (GMB) campaigns, helping businesses improve their online presence. We're looking for enthusiastic, dynamic individuals to join our team as Telemarketing Specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients for SEO and GMB services.
• Present and promote SEO packages and Google My Business campaigns to businesses.
• Explain the benefits of SEO and GMB optimization, aiming for conversions.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments for further consultation.
• Maintain a positive attitude while meeting performance targets.
• Update customer information and track calls in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or call center preferred, but not required.
• Freshers welcome to apply; we offer paid training for new candidates.
• High School diploma (O-Level/A-Level students or graduates) is preferred.
• Strong listening and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
