Chat Support Executive

Job Overview

Digital Elites is hiring a Chat Support Representative to manage customer conversations across our platforms. We are looking for someone with strong English communication skills, fast typing speed, and the ability to handle multiple chats efficiently while maintaining a professional tone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist users with product, service, and general support queries
  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and helpful communication
  • Identify and escalate complex issues when required
  • Keep records of customer interactions and updates

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing speed
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Prior experience in chat support or customer service is preferred
