RT Studio is a growing fashion and production studio focused on delivering high-quality custom outfits and client experiences. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Client Support Executive to join our team and ensure smooth communication between clients and our production team.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client queries on WhatsApp and Instagram in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, production, stitching unit) to gather order updates
• Provide accurate timelines and progress updates to clients
• Maintain proper follow-ups to ensure smooth order processing
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently
• Keep records of client communication and order status

Requirements

• Female candidate (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in customer support or fashion industry will be a plus
