Job Description:
ChiltanPure is looking for a motivated and energetic Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain records of customer interactions
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets
• Follow company policies and call center procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: From Rs25,000.00 per month
