Canadian City is a well reputed land developer’s progressive group, needs a well experienced Office Secretary cum Recovery Specialist in Head Office DHA 1. Must have good command on English language.
Responsibilities
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Compose and edit letters, documents, emails, proposals and ensure follow up with those that require answers, responses, and written replies
- Organize files, answer phones and perform assigned Miscellaneous tasks
- Make travel arrangements (tickets etc)
- Dealing clients on phone calls & face to face in office.
Requirements
- Proficient in ENGLISH reading and letter writing
- Strong communication skills with Customer services experience
- Qualification minimum Intermediate
- Must be punctual / hardworking & Knowledge of general office procedures
- Applicants residents Nearby location will be preferred
Note: Minimum 3 years experience in well reputed organization or office/ housing / real estate project (optional).
