Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Execugive Assistnat to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The resource will manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate schedules, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth operations by anticipating needs and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
- Handle phone calls, emails, messages, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Organize meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain files, records, and confidential information securely
- Assist with personal and professional tasks as required
- Coordinate events, conferences, and business trips
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related tools
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
