Outbound Call Center Representative (Female)

We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Outbound Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers using a provided database
• Promote company products and services effectively
• Generate leads and schedule appointments or sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Handle customer inquiries professionally
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends

Requirements:

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree
• Prior call center or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Working Hours:

• Full-time (night shift) 7pm-4am
