We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent technical design skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and business goals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and packaging.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop cohesive visual campaigns and brand materials.</li><li>Lead design projects, ensuring high-quality output, consistency, and timely delivery.</li><li>Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and guidance.</li><li>Maintain and evolve the brand&rsquo;s visual identity across all platforms.</li><li>Prepare and present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and clients.</li><li>Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand visually fresh and competitive.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Work with external vendors (printers, photographers, agencies) to ensure production quality.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creative, conceptual, and technical design abilities.</li><li>Experience with branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX principles and experience with web/digital design is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in motion graphics or video editing.</li><li>Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other digital design tools.</li><li>Understanding of marketing, advertising, and brand strategy.</li><li>Photography, illustration, or 3D design skills are a bonus.</li></ul>Salary: 80-150kTimingsMonday - FridayNight shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM)0345-4902977Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
