Job Title: SDR (Sales Development Representative) (Afternoon-Shift 2pm-11pm)

Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development:
Design and execute strategies to build a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and industry networking.
Identify and target potential clients across retail, fintech, healthcare, telecom, and other key sectors .
-Lead Qualification:
Oversee the qualification process, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities using defined criteria (e.g., BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
-Collaboration with Pre-Sales:
Partner with the pre-sales team to develop compelling proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts that showcase company’s technical expertise and value proposition.
Facilitate client discovery sessions to understand needs.
-Team Leadership:
Foster a collaborative environment between sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure client success.
-Market Insights:
Stay informed on industry trends (e.g., AI, digital transformation, enterprise software) to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
