Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Internship | US/Canada Shift

Mashkraft Inc. is a Canadian software development company delivering innovative digital solutions to clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East. Our expertise spans web & mobile app development, AI solutions, SaaS platforms, UI/UX design, cloud systems, and enterprise software.

We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for confident, English-fluent individuals who want to build a real career in international B2B sales — starting from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an SDR Intern, you will work directly with our outbound sales team to identify, contact, and engage potential international clients — primarily in the US and Canadian markets.

Why the evening shift? Our clients are based in North America. This shift puts you in sync with their business hours, so you're having real conversations with real decision-makers — not just sending cold emails.

This is not a passive learning experience. You will have targets, work with live tools, and contribute directly to our international pipeline from week one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and identify potential international clients and business opportunities
  • Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and lead generation platforms
  • Communicate professionally with potential clients to understand their needs
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings between prospects and senior sales executives
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records accurately
  • Support outbound sales and marketing campaigns
  • Meet assigned lead generation activity targets
  • Provide weekly progress updates to management

REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Good research and analytical abilities
  • Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable working evening/night shift (5 PM – 1:30 AM PKT)
  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience

Nice to have:

  • Basic understanding of B2B sales or lead generation
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools
  • Prior internship in sales, marketing, or client communication
