Our team supports clinics with appointment scheduling, medication refill coordination, document handling (fax/email), and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations for healthcare providers.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong background in IT sales, B2B outreach, lead generation, and closing deals within the US and UK markets.

Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven SDR with proven expertise in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, sales pipeline management, and deal closing for IT and service-based solutions.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience targeting US-based and UK-based B2B clients, especially within the IT industry, healthcare sector, SaaS services, outreach services, or product-based solutions.

The candidate should be confident in managing the complete sales cycle — from identifying prospects and nurturing leads to conducting follow-ups and successfully closing deals.

Candidates with prior experience working with healthcare clinics, medical practices, healthcare BPOs, or US medical service providers will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, outbound outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to US and UK-based B2B clients.
  • Identify decision-makers and business opportunities within target organizations.
  • Mature and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship building.
  • Schedule appointments, demos, discovery calls, and calendar meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain and manage CRM records, sales pipelines, and follow-up schedules.
  • Convert prospects into long-term business opportunities and close sales deals.
  • Handle objection management and negotiate service offerings professionally.
  • Create and send professional follow-up emails and outreach messages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with business solutions.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
  • Assist with basic SEO understanding and digital outreach strategies.
  • Meet monthly KPIs, lead conversion targets, and sales performance metrics.
