About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, responsible for qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Outreach

  • Contact and qualify inbound leads generated through Bark, email marketing campaigns, organic social media, and paid advertising.
  • Respond to new inquiries promptly through phone calls, email, SMS, and social media messaging.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and ensure prospects are properly prepared for meetings.

Prospect Qualification

  • Identify and qualify potential customers based on company-defined criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions within the CRM.
  • Follow up consistently with leads who have not yet booked consultations or responded.
  • Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints until they are ready to engage with the sales team.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Update and maintain lead status, notes, and communication history in the CRM.
  • Track daily activities including calls made, emails sent, conversations held, and appointments booked.
  • Ensure all lead data is accurate, complete, and organized.
  • Assist in keeping the sales pipeline clean and up to date.

Performance & Reporting

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment-setting targets.
  • Report on lead quality, conversion rates, and common prospect objections.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation and conversion processes.
  • Provide feedback on campaign performance and market trends observed during prospect conversations.

Customer Experience

  • Represent the company professionally across all communication channels.
  • Deliver a positive first impression and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Ensure prospects receive timely responses and exceptional customer service throughout the qualification process.

Educational Requirements

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems, email platforms, and productivity software.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting, lead generation, or business development.
  • Experience working with inbound leads from platforms such as Bark, social media, paid advertising, and email marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
