Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Web Developer with graphic design experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving websites while also contributing to the creation of visually appealing graphics and digital content. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical web development skills with a strong eye for design and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update company websites and web applications.
• Convert design concepts into responsive and user-friendly web pages.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging digital experiences.
• Design graphics, banners, social media creatives, and website assets.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, usability, and SEO.
• Test and troubleshoot website issues across different browsers and devices.
• Assist in website content management and updates.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest web development and design trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in web development and graphic design (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in:
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,
• Bootstrap or other responsive frameworks
• WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools
• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of website hosting, domains, and website maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHP, MySQL, or other backend technologies.
• Familiarity with React.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Experience creating motion graphics or video editing content.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
