Web Designer & Developer (Part-Time, Contract)

What You'll Do

• Set the visual direction and design the full site in Figma, including a reusable type, colour and component system
• Build it: responsive front end, motion and interaction work, WebGL or Three.js where it earns its place rather than as decoration
• Implement on WordPress so our marketing team can edit pages without a developer
• Migrate existing content, set up redirects, on-page SEO, analytics and forms
• Keep it fast. Enterprise buyers open our site from Dubai, Accra and Karachi, often on poor connections
• Test on real devices, then hand over documentation
  
  

What We Need

• 2 to 4 years designing and building websites, with live URLs we can open
• Figma, plus strong HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Comfortable with GSAP, Three.js or similar
• A real eye for typography, spacing and hierarchy
• WordPress delivery experience, theme or block level
• Able to take a brief, ask the right question back, and defend a design choice to non-designers
  
  

Useful: headless CMS or Next.js, RTL or multilingual sites, prior B2B or fintech work.

Why this could run longer

The corporate site is the first project. We will be building sites for our own products after it, so the design system you set now gets reused. Strong delivery here leads to more work.
