Web Developer

We're hiring a Web Developer to build fast, SEO-ready WordPress websites for global clients. You'll ship complete builds, use AI-assisted development to move faster, and deploy technical SEO from the ground up.

What You'll Do

• Build and launch WordPress websites end to end
• Ship custom sites and components with AI-assisted development
• Deploy technical SEO: schema, sitemaps, canonicals, heading structure
• Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals
• Build responsive, mobile-first layouts
• Debug performance and cross-browser issues
• Manage migrations, SSL, and site security
• Implement technical fixes from the SEO team

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of web development experience
• Portfolio of live sites you built
• Expert in WordPress: Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF
• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript; working PHP
• Hands-on with Claude, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
• Solid grasp of technical SEO fundamentals
• Comfortable with PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Screaming Frog
• Able to own projects and hit deadlines
