We are looking for a competent IT Manager responsible for managing and maintaining the company&rsquo;s IT systems, infrastructure, and technical support operations. We are hiring a Head of Sticker &amp; Printing Design to take full responsibility for sticker designing, artwork management, and off-set printing operations. The role requires leadership, creativity, and technical knowledge to manage the entire sticker/label design and printing process from concept to final execution.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the complete design process for product stickers, labels, and related printed materials.</li><li>Take full responsibility for artwork preparation, layout finalization, and print readiness.</li><li>Supervise all sticker and printing projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality standards.</li><li>Coordinate with off-set printing presses and external vendors for production execution.</li><li>Review, approve, and sign off on final designs, proofs, and color samples before printing.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of printed materials in line with production and launch schedules.</li><li>Collaborate closely with production, branding, marketing, and quality teams to maintain brand alignment.</li><li>Maintain organized records and archives of sticker and label designs for future use.</li><li>Identify and resolve design or printing issues proactively to avoid production delays.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Arts, Printing Technology, or related field.</li><li>Strong expertise in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).</li><li>Proven experience in sticker/label designing and printing management.</li><li>Excellent leadership and project management skills.</li><li>Strong eye for detail and ability to ensure quality at every stage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>DESIGNING: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
