Senior Customer Support Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle complex customer inquiries, provide high-quality support, and assist in guiding junior team members. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proven track record in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound customer interactions via dialer.
• Handle escalated issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
• Assist in training and mentoring junior customer support agents
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback when required
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support or call center roles
• Proven experience handling escalations and complex customer issues
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in international campaigns (UK/US)
• Background in sales or upselling is a plus
• Familiarity with VOIP systems or dialer tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
