Sales Executive -Night Shift - Freshers/Experienced

Position: CSR / Sales Executives (Outbound Calling)

Overview:

We are seeking fresh candidates for the position of CSR / Sales Executives. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and scheduling appointments while achieving set sales goals. Paid training will be provided to support onboarding and performance.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers

Understand client requirements and provide solutions

Achieve assigned sales targets and keep records updated

Complete training and pass mock call assessment

Location & Timing:

Peco road, Lahore

8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary Details:

* Freshers: PKR 30,000 – 35,000

* Experienced with Excellent communication skills: Up to PKR 55,000

* Performance-based increase: Up to PKR 60,000 – 70,000 after 3 months

Note: Salary increments depend entirely on performance.
