Job Description
This role is focused on outbound prospecting, engaging business owners, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our services. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, confidence in high-volume cold calling environments, and the ability to handle objections naturally while maintaining a consistent performance level.

This position operates in a structured, target-driven setting and requires reliability, discipline, and a proactive mindset.

Essential Functions for the Position

  • Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Engage decision-makers (business owners and stakeholders) to introduce services and generate interest.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Handle objections effectively and maintain control of conversations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of outreach activities and outcomes.
  • Adapt messaging based on prospect responses and campaign feedback.

Educational & Experience Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or a similar role is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience utilizing Clay, Apollo, and Airtable is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is desirable, but not mandatory.
