Business Developement Executive

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify, connect, and close marketing agencies in the US and other international markets. Your primary focus will be outbound sales, lead generation, and building long-term client relationships.

If you understand agency pain points and can sell value (not just price), this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to marketing agencies (primarily US-based) via:
  • LinkedIn outreach
  • Cold Calling
  • Cold emails
  • Generate qualified leads and book meetings
  • Pitch services confidently
  • Handle client communication and follow-ups
  • Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM and track outreach performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (agency experience is a plus)
  • Strong English communication (spoken + written)
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Web Dev, etc.)
  • Ability to work in US time zones when needed
  • Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
