Shift: Night Shift (On-site)
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month + Commission
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Expert with experience in construction estimation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, engaging potential clients, and supporting business growth in international construction markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential leads in the construction and estimation industry (primarily USA, UK, or other international markets).
• Conduct market research to find new business opportunities and target clients.
• Execute lead generation strategies through LinkedIn, email campaigns, bidding platforms, and other digital channels.
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements related to construction estimation services.
• Maintain and manage lead data using CRM tools.
• Initiate outreach through cold emails, messages, and calls.
• Collaborate with sales and estimation teams to convert leads into clients.
• Track, analyze, and report lead generation performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in lead generation (preferably in construction estimation or BPO).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, estimation, and bidding platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to work night shifts independently.
