Senior Business Development Executive

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities to drive company growth. The role requires a proactive approach to outbound sales, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to manage the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, hands-on experience with client interactions, and a strong understanding of modern sales tools and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets (primarily US, UK, and EU)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound channels
  • Manage and optimize outbound lead generation platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns using effective tools.
  • Conduct client calls, discovery sessions, and presentations to understand requirements and position company offerings effectively
  • Create and deliver high-quality business proposals with sound technical and commercial understanding
  • Maintain and manage an updated sales pipeline and CRM with accurate reporting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and project management) to ensure alignment and successful deal closures
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine outreach and sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company’s services and solutions
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer acquisition and proposal submissions

Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience in handling client calls and meetings independently
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Good to have experience with freelancing platforms.
  • Familiarity with email campaign.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to create impactful presentations and business proposals
  • Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong listening and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently
