Sales & Growth Manager (StaffViz)

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced StaffViz Sales & Growth Manager to lead business expansion and revenue generation for our AI-powered workforce management product, StaffViz.

This is a senior, client-facing role combining Business Development and Sales, where the candidate will be responsible for generating opportunities, building pipelines, engaging prospects, and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who thrives in field sales, networking, and direct client engagement.

StaffViz is an all-in-one workforce management solution designed to help organizations manage employees, track productivity, monitor performance, and streamline HR operations through real-time analytics and AI-driven insights.

It includes features such as:

  • Employee monitoring & activity tracking
  • Time tracking & productivity analytics
  • Project & task management
  • HR, onboarding & training modules
  • Shift scheduling & performance reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end growth strategy for StaffViz, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure
  • Actively generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct in-person client visits, meetings, and presentations to build strong relationships
  • Deliver product demos and customized proposals based on client requirements
  • Represent the company at HR events, meetups, conferences, and networking sessions to promote StaffViz
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet revenue targets
  • Identify potential markets, industries, and clients for expansion
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversion strategies
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with SMEs and enterprise clients
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong business development and closing mindset (hunter profile)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and decision-makers
  • Experience in field sales, client visits, and event-based networking
  • Strong understanding of SaaS / IT product selling
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive results
  • Strategic thinking with execution-focused approach

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT / SaaS Sales or Business Development
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing deals independently
  • Experience selling HR software, ERP, CRM, or productivity tools is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)

KPIs / Success Metrics

  • New leads and opportunities generated
  • Number of client meetings, demos, and proposals delivered
  • Revenue targets (monthly & quarterly)
  • Conversion rate (lead to closure)
  • Market expansion and partnerships developed
