Job Summary:

We are hiring an Accounts & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, invoicing, and inventory management. The ideal candidate must have strong command over accounting software/ERP systems and should be capable of handling complete accounts and finance functions including receivables, payables, reconciliation, and stock control.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Operations:

• Maintain complete books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, and daily entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, payment processing, and follow-ups
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, and expense documentation
• Maintain cash, bank, and ledger reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports, trial balance, and supporting schedules
• Handle tax-related documentation (withholding tax, sales tax, etc.) as per compliance
• Coordinate with auditors and support audit documentation

Inventory & Store Management

• Maintain inventory records of solar equipment (panels, inverters, structures, cables, BOS items)
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment
• Record inward/outward stock movements and ensure proper documentation
• Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain store ledger and inventory valuation reports

ERP / Accounting Software Management

• Manage transactions and reporting using accounting software/ERP
• Ensure accurate data entry and system updates
• Generate reports related to sales, purchases, inventory, and financial summaries

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and execution teams for billing and payment tracking
• Maintain vendor accounts and customer ledgers
• Support management with financial insights and cost tracking

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, BBA, B.Com, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts & finance operations
• Strong command on accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, SAP, ERP, etc.)
• Good knowledge of inventory handling and stock management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in solar/EPC/engineering industry will be an advantage
• Knowledge of taxation and compliance in Pakistan is a plus
