Looking for bookkeeping & Account expert who has prior experience of 2 to 4 years of handling bookkeeping and accounting of medical clinics/offices in USA.
Job Description:
· Recording all the financial transactions into accounting software or ledgers.
· Managing accounts payable and receivable.
· Processing payroll: Calculate employee wages, taxes, and deductions, and ensure timely payments.
· Bank reconciliation: Compare the internal records of clinic with bank statements to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and to identify any discrepancies.
· Create and prepare financial reports like balance sheets and income statements to help management make informed decisions.
· Maintaining general ledgers.
· Conduct audits and adhere to financial reporting requirements and tax regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
