WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNTANT / TAX & COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Location: DHA PHASE 6 A BLOCK Lahore

SRS Group of Companies is expanding and looking for a competent Accountant with strong expertise in Taxation, Company Registration, and Regulatory Compliance to manage financial and legal matters across our business divisions (Real Estate, Construction, & Textile).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete accounting cycle (AP/AR, ledger, cash flow)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
• Handle tax matters with Federal Board of Revenue (FBR)
• Income Tax returns
• Sales Tax filing
• Withholding tax compliance
• Manage company registration & compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
• New company incorporation
• Annual returns & statutory filings
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors & management
• Develop financial controls and reporting systems

✅ Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com / ACCA / CA (Part Qualified or Qualified)
• 3–6 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• Taxation laws in Pakistan
• SECP company registration procedures
• Accounting software & MS Excel
• Experience in construction or real estate sector preferred
• Strong analytical, reporting & compliance skills
