Senior Business Executive

Job Overview

Looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Executive to lead sales operations and support business expansion. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and executing effective sales and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for automobiles and electric vehicles
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market visits, networking, and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and corporate customers
  • Manage customer interactions and ensure high-quality after-sales service
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order processing, delivery, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate client databases and monitor sales performance regularly
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports and present key insights to management
  • Support management in developing and implementing growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development (automotive/EV sector preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Leadership abilities with experience in team guidance
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
