Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate and manage leads from doctor practices in the USA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to medical clinics, physicians, and healthcare providers to offer our services and convert them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target doctor practices, clinics, and medical groups in the USA.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking
- Pitch company services to healthcare professionals
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with medical decision-makers
- Understand clinic needs and propose customized solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
- Experience in B2B sales or business development
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Experience dealing with USA clients preferred
- Lead generation & cold outreach experience
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
