Sales Manager - Trucking & Dispatch Services

We are seeking a Sales Manager with 2-3 years of experience in truck dispatch or logistics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving sales, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of dispatch services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for truck dispatch services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to expand our customer base.
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and prepare detailed reports.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in truck dispatch or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of dispatch operations and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
