The Opportunity
We're hiring a Growth & Pipeline Specialist to own our entire outbound engine. This is not a coordinator role you will be the architect. You'll build and run multi-channel acquisition systems using cold email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta Ads to bring qualified international clients to our door.
You'll sit at the intersection of sales strategy, marketing automation, and deal closing reporting directly to our CEO and CTO, with a clear line of sight from your campaigns to signed contracts.
What Success Looks Like
- 50+ qualified leads acquired across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels
- 8–10 discovery calls booked per week with decision-makers
- 30+ active prospects maintained in CRM pipeline at all times
- 2+ cold email sequences running simultaneously at any given time
- 2+ active Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with tracked CPL and ROAS
- Contribution to 2–3 new project closures per month
- Weekly BD report delivered every Monday to leadership
What You'll Work On
Building & Running Outbound Systems
- Design automated multi-channel outreach workflows using Clay, Apify, Apollo, and Hunter.io to build enriched, segmented prospect lists
- Execute personalized cold email campaigns via Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or Woodpecker with continuous A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and follow-up cadences
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted connection and messaging strategies at scale
- Segment leads by ICP, company size, geography, and vertical (SaaS, healthcare, fintech, e-commerce)
- Explore and qualify new markets and service niches for XISLABS
Paid Acquisition
- Set up and actively manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing) and Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Retargeting) campaigns
- Own audience targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy, and landing page alignment end-to-end
- Track and optimize against daily KPIs: CTR, CPC, conversions, CPL, ROAS, and ad spend
- Run creative and copy A/B tests; present weekly spend-vs-performance reports to leadership
Pipeline & CRM Ownership
- Own the full funnel: Cold → Warm → Discovery → Proposal → Closed
- Keep CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or Zoho) fully updated with contact history, deal stage, and projected value
- Automate follow-up sequences and lead nurturing via outreach tools integrated with Calendly for frictionless booking
- Track lead attribution across all channels for accurate performance reporting
Client Discovery & Closing
- Run structured discovery calls on Google Meet or Zoom to uncover client needs, budgets, and timelines
- Prepare scoped proposals and quotations aligned to XISLABS capabilities
- Coordinate with the CTO and development team on technical scoping and pricing
- Ensure clean handoffs to project delivery with documented scope briefs
Infra, Automation & Reporting
- Manage email deliverability infrastructure via SendGrid and Mailgun
- Automate internal workflows using GoHighLevel, n8n, and Zapier
- Use Notion and ClickUp for BD documentation, task tracking, and reporting
- Submit structured weekly KPI reports and monthly campaign analysis to leadership.

Experience (Required)
- 2.5–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or tech sales
- Demonstrable results from cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns (reply rates, meetings booked, deals closed)
- Hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience with measurable ROAS outcomes
- Structured pipeline management — you understand funnel stages and how to move leads through them
- Background in IT services, software development, or SaaS preferred
Skills
- Strong written and spoken English — you can write a compelling cold email and run a confident discovery call
- Analytical mindset — you read data, spot patterns, and adjust campaigns accordingly
- Comfortable working US or European business hours
- Basic understanding of software stacks (React, Node.js, Python, Flutter, etc.) to hold technical conversations with prospects
Bonus Points
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience closing deals with US, UK, Canadian, or Australian clients
- Familiarity with n8n scripting or basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript/Python for automation
- Prior experience inside a software house or tech startup
