Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive who can help us grow our business by connecting with potential clients, building relationships, and generating new opportunities.

You will be working through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage prospects and convert them into business leads.

Note: This role is not suitable for candidates with only call centre experience. We are looking for someone who understands business communication, not just script-based calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Understand client needs and pitch relevant solutions
• Follow up with leads and manage pipeline updates
• Work closely with internal teams to close deals
• Achieve monthly outreach and conversion targets

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Outreach
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and professional email communication
• Target-driven and proactive mindset
• Ability to think beyond scripts and engage in real conversations
• Not from a pure call centre background
