Project Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Acquisition Specialist for our software house who can bring new business through Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, social media, and direct client outreach.
The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, online bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, and project closing.

The main responsibility of this role is to generate software development projects such as web development, mobile app development, ERP solutions, custom software, UI/UX design, and digital services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and identify potential clients from Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, , LinkedIn, and other online platforms
  • Bid on relevant software development projects professionally and on time
  • Write customized and attractive proposals according to client requirements
  • Communicate with local and international clients regarding project scope, timelines, and budget
  • Generate quality leads for software, web, mobile app, and digital solutions
  • Understand client needs and convert inquiries into business opportunities
  • Follow up with clients regularly for project closure
  • Coordinate with the technical team to understand project feasibility and requirements
  • Prepare project briefs and hand over confirmed projects to the development team
  • Maintain proper record of leads, bids, proposals, follow-ups, and closed projects
  • Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
  • Achieve monthly or quarterly project acquisition targets
  • Explore new online channels and strategies for business generation
  • Assist in company profile sharing, portfolio presentation, and service pitching
  • Monitor competitors and market trends in the software industry

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Hands-on experience with Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, or similar platforms
  • Ability to write convincing and professional proposals
  • Good understanding of:
  • Website Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • ERP / CRM Software
  • E-commerce Solutions
  • UI/UX Design
  • Digital Marketing Services (optional but preferred)
  • Lead generation and client dealing skills
  • Confidence in handling international clients
  • Follow-up and project closing ability
  • Basic understanding of project costing and service pricing
  • Time management and target-oriented approach

  • 1 to 3 years experience in:
