Recruitment Specialist (International Staffing)

We are a premier staffing agency providing dedicated remote teams to international clients in the USA and Europe. We specialize in Sales, Customer Support, and Technical roles. We are looking for a sharp, organized, and persuasive Recruitment Specialist to manage our hiring pipeline.

Role Overview

As our Recruitment Specialist, your mission is to find the "diamonds in the rough." You will be responsible for sourcing, calling, and vetting candidates to ensure only the best talent reaches the final interview stage. This is a high-volume calling role.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Sourcing: Hunt for talent on LinkedIn, Indeed, and local job portals.
• Phone Screening: Conduct 70–100 calls per day to assess English fluency, confidence, and technical basics.
• Shortlisting: Grade candidates and prepare a "top-tier" list for the CEO’s final review.
• Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• English: Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience: 2+ year of experience in recruitment or a high-volume call center environment.
• Grit: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily shortlisting targets.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 65,000 per month.
• Incentives: Performance-based bonuses for successful hires.
• Location: Onsite in DHA Phase 4, Lahore.
• Shift Timings: 1 PM - 10 PM
