Business Developer (Client Acquisition & Growth)

Job Overview

TDM is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Developer to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships particularly for digital services such as E-mail marketing and LinkedIn OutreachSEO , and related solutions.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Identify and generate new leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, cold outreach and E-mail Marketing

⁠ ⁠Conduct meetings, calls, and presentations with prospects

⁠ ⁠Convert leads into paying clients and meet monthly sales targets

⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business

⁠ ⁠Prepare proposals.

⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding

⁠ ⁠Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track progress using CRM or internal tools

⁠ ⁠Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

⁠ ⁠Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital services)

⁠ ⁠Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

⁠ ⁠Experience with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) ,LinkedIn outreach and E-mail marketing.

⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and achieve targets

⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and online services

⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

⁠ ⁠Experience working with international clients (UK/US markets)

⁠ ⁠Familiarity with proposal writing and bidding strategies

⁠ ⁠Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
