Customer Sales Representative

Job Summary

The Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions for construction estimation services in the US & UK markets. The role involves understanding client requirements, generating leads, providing project estimates, and converting inquiries into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls, emails, and chats for construction estimation services
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships (US & UK clients)
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain CRM records, customer data, and sales pipeline

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or call center (preferably international campaigns)
  • Strong communication skills (spoken & written English – US/UK accent preferred)
  • Knowledge of construction estimation or willingness to learn
  • Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, or project scopes (plus point)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • CRM tools experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Customer service roles require strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

  • Lead conversion rate
  • Monthly revenue targets
  • Client satisfaction & retention
  • Response and follow-up time

Working Hours

  • US Shift / UK Shift (depending on campaign)

Compensation

  • Basic Salary + Commission / Incentives (based on sales performance)
