Customer Support Executive - Ecommerce

Location: DHA phase 8, Lahore
Job timing: 11PM - 07AM Pakistan time (Full time Onsite) Night Shift

We are hiring immediately for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team supporting an e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone who writes well, types quickly, stays organized, and is comfortable using modern AI tools in a professional setting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, thoughtful customer support primarily through email
  • Manage customer tickets and work issues toward resolution during the shift
  • Monitor and respond to Amazon buyer-seller messages and negative review outreach
  • Review and approve returns in Redo
  • Track solicitation and customer outreach activity in Excel spreadsheets accurately and consistently
  • Check internal communication channels for updates and process changes at the beginning of each shift
  • Maintain team visibility through Slack status updates during the workday
  • Complete end-of-shift reporting and keep records fully up to date
  • Escalate urgent or sensitive customer issues appropriately when needed
  • Qualifications
  • Strong email writing and typing skills
  • Professional experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools in the workplace
  • Experience tracking customer activity, notes, or outreach in Excel spreadsheets
  • Background in customer retention, customer save efforts, solicitation, or review follow-up
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational habits
  • Ability to manage multiple tabs, systems, and workflows efficiently
  • Comfort handling customer conversations with empathy, clarity, and ownership
  • Ecommerce customer support experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify apps, and ticketing platforms such as Redo is a plus

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
