Customer Sales Representative (CSR) – Job Description

Position: Customer Sales Representative (CSR)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: 30,000 + Incentives (based on performance & experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
• Guide clients about courses and services
• Convert leads into admissions/sales
• Maintain customer records and follow-ups
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year experience in sales or customer service
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Male & Female both can apply

Location: Onsite

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
