Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultants to join our UK-based inbound travel agency. This role is suitable for candidates who have prior experience in a travel agency, call center, or customer service environment and are confident in handling customer interactions professionally.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Excellent English communication and listening skills
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a travel agency, call center, or customer service role
- Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
- Motivated, reliable, and growth-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply
- This is a non-remote, on-site position; please apply only if you can commute to our Lahore office
