Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultants to join our UK-based inbound travel agency. This role is suitable for candidates who have prior experience in a travel agency, call center, or customer service environment and are confident in handling customer interactions professionally.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Excellent English communication and listening skills
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a travel agency, call center, or customer service role
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry will be an advantage
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and maintain professional communication
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
• Motivated, reliable, and growth-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply
• This is a non-remote, on-site position; please apply only if you can commute to our Lahore office
