We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Location: Onsite — Raiwind Road, Lahore

Company: Devflovv (for a U.S.-based Dental Health Company)

Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

> Handle patient inquiries via calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy

> Schedule and confirm dental appointments> Maintain accurate patient records and follow up on outstanding matters

> Provide administrative support to the dental office team> Coordinate with U.S. clients and staff in real time

Requirements:

> Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

> Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistance (healthcare background preferred)

> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

> Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

> Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours)
