We’re Hiring: Virtual Assistant / Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Location: Onsite — Raiwind Road, Lahore

Company: Devflovv (for a U.S.-based campign)

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

> Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and empathy

> Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on lead

> Manage call emailing and professional follow-up communication with prospects

> Clearly explain services, pricing, and onboarding process

> Handle objections professionally and confidently to close sales

> Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, calls, and follo

Requirements:

> Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

> Previous experience in customer service, sales or virtual assistance

> Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

> Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

> Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. hours)
