We are looking for Accounts and Admin Officer to join our team having minimum 2 to 3 years experience in accounts and administrationKey Responsibilities<ul><li>&middot; Reconcile the account of Company and Customers</li><li>&middot; Manage Ledger of Clients</li><li>&middot; Make better strategies for the development of Organisation</li><li>&middot; Preparation of daily funds management report for financial planning &amp; decision making</li><li>&middot; Monthly closing adjustment and entries</li><li>&middot; Maintain Expenses and Reimbursements</li><li>&middot; Profit and Loss maintenance</li><li>&middot; Corporate laws and handling taxation matters</li><li>&middot; Employee profile updating into the system and employee credentials filing</li><li>&middot; Facilitating in company audit</li><li>&middot; Develop and adopt ERP practice solutions and methodologies</li><li>&middot; Any other tasks as assigned by Head</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Requirements<ul><li>&middot; Have bachelor or master degree related to accounts &amp; finance</li><li>&middot; Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>&middot; Punctual, honest hard working, active listener, strong decision maker</li><li>&middot; Minimum 2 to 3 year experience in accounts/recovery department</li><li>&middot; Expertise in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and word</li><li>&middot; Fluent in English</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
