Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultants to join our UK-based inbound travel agency. This role is suitable for candidates who have prior experience in a travel agency, call center, or customer service environment and are confident in handling customer interactions professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, and other communication channel
- Assist clients with travel-related bookings and services
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Identify sales opportunities and achieve performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures
Requirements
- Intermediate minimum qualification (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Strong English communication and active listening skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a travel agency, call center, customer service, sales, or a related role
- Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
- Customer-focused with a professional approach to client interactions
- Target-driven, reliable, and motivated to grow professionally
- Must be able to commute to our office in Gulberg, Lahore
