About the Role

Travels Hook (Private) Limited is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Umrah Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Umrah packages, travel sales, and customer relationship management.

This position is perfect for individuals passionate about travel, sales, and Islamic tourism services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls for Umrah and travel package inquiries
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Provide detailed information about Umrah packages, flights, and hotel options
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Maintain accurate records in CRM or Excel
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Umrah / Travel Sales / Call Center (preferred)
• Strong communication and persuasive skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp Business)
• Ability to handle multiple clients professionally
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented
