Travel Consultant Required for UK Based Call Center

Outlook Travel Ltd is a UK based travel agency expanding its call center operations. We are looking for confident, motivated, and experienced call center agents to join our growing sales team.

Job Role
You will handle inbound and outbound calls for UK based travel customers, provide flight quotes, close bookings, and support clients with their travel needs.

What You Will Do

• Speak with UK customers over phone and WhatsApp
• Provide flight fares and travel options
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Follow up with leads
• Maintain professional customer service standards

• Must speak clear English
• Experience in call center or travel sales preferred
• Confident on phone and WhatsApp
• Ability to work with UK clients
