About the Role
Travellant Pulse Travel & Tourism LLC is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Lahore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and converting customer inquiries assigned through the company's CRM system, responding to leads via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels, and achieving sales targets by promoting Umrah, visa, flight, hotel, and holiday packages.
Previous experience in the Travel, Tourism, Hajj, or Umrah industry will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on customer leads assigned through the company CRM.
- Contact prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Umrah, travel, visa, flight, and holiday packages.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer questions and provide accurate travel information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with the UAE operations team regarding bookings and customer requirements.
- Follow up with pending leads to maximize conversion rates.
- Generate additional leads through personal networking, referrals, and social media platforms when possible.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or a related field.
- Experience in Travel, Tourism, Umrah, Hajj, Visa Services, or Airlines is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Urdu and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Comfortable handling customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
