Senior Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and well-connected sales professional to lead corporate business development. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships within the corporate market and a proven track record in generating new sales for batteries and renewable energy solutions. This role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic selling skills to secure high-value clients and long-term contracts. You will play a critical role in expanding market presence and driving revenue growth through targeted corporate engagement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in batteries and renewable energy solutions
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to drive business strategy

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4–7 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in Lead acid batteries, Lethium batteries, or renewable sector.
  • Strong corporate network and proven ability to generate new business
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)

Compensation:

  • Attractive salary package
  • Performance-based commission of up to 1% on sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
