Branch Manager

Location: Gajjumatta, Ferozepur Road, Lahore

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager for our footwear retail brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations efficiently
• Lead, train, and supervise retail staff to achieve sales targets
• Develop strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
• Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and merchandising
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Maintain compliance with company policies and brand guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in retail management (footwear/fashion retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer handling abilities
• Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
