ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

• Sales Consultant
• Assistant Branch Manager

This is a performance-based professional opportunity in the Takaful (Islamic financial services) sector, offering career growth, flexible working, and high earning potential.

JOB ROLE (SUMMARY JD)

Your core responsibility will be:

✔ Selling Askari Life Assurance / Takaful plans (especially IQRA Family Takaful)
✔ Generating leads through personal network, calls, and social media
✔ Conducting client discussions and closing sales
✔ Maintaining follow-ups and client relationships
✔ Submitting a daily performance report to the Branch Manager
✔ Following professional work ethics, discipline, and instructions

WORKING STRUCTURE

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Mode)
• Work Type: Remote (Work From Home)
• Daily reporting is mandatory
• Monthly performance review applicable

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE (VERY IMPORTANT)

This is a target-based earning model with salary + incentives + bonuses.

✔ Total earning potential: Up to 35% of your sales

Breakdown:

• Basic Salary → 10%
• Incentives → 15%
• Bonuses → 10%

Example:

If you generate:

✔ PKR 100,000 sales (below target)
You still receive:

→ PKR 10,000 (Salary)
→ PKR 15,000 (Incentive)
→ PKR 10,000 (Bonus)

Total = PKR 35,000

✔ PKR 200,000 sales (Target Achieved)
You earn: PKR 70,000

✔ PKR 300,000 sales
You earn: PKR 105,000

Important:

This is NOT a fixed salary job.
Earnings are directly linked with performance and results.

No Input = No Output | Strong Input = High Income

SELECTION CRITERIA (FAST-TRACK OPPORTUNITY)

To evaluate your potential, we offer a direct performance-based selection pathway:

OPTION 1 – Sales Consultant

✔ Generate 1 Sale (PKR 50,000 plan)
✔ Deadline: Sunday, 5th April 2026

You will be selected as Sales Consultant

OPTION 2 – Assistant Branch Manager

✔ Generate 2 Sales (PKR 50,000 each)
✔ Same deadline

You will be selected as Assistant Branch Manager
