Location: On-site – Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Employment Type: Full-time

Timings: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
• Create and execute plans to win high-value projects and clients in development, design, and SEO services
• Ensure consistent achievement of individual monthly sales targets ($8,000 – $10,000 USD)
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
